Fight (1-A)

People are attacking your home and that is so not cool. You can fight, you’ve been training in secret with the head of the knights since you were little. This isn’t the dark ages anymore; a girl has to know how to protect herself. You very slowly tell your dad that he should go to his troops while you find somewhere safe to hide. But in this case somewhere safe to hide is in the armory where there are point sharp things that you will use for stabbing.
After arming yourself to the teeth you sneak out of the castle to the battlefield. Covering your face with a cloak you rush into the swarm slashing at any foe that approaches. The enemies go down one by one, but a piercing shriek stops you in your tracks. “Sending his own daughter to fight his battles, your king truly has grown quite weak.” That wicked voice gets your attention as you spin to see that smug Prince laughing at his own words. “Oh my, what a frightful face,” he says as you glare at him. Safe behind his knights he looks on from his carriage. “I tried to earn your fathers kingdom, but you insulted me. So I much rather take it and wipe that laugh right off your face, you wench.”
He leans back in the carriage waving off his men. “Don’t kill her just yet, I want her to see me hold the head of her father,” says with ease. “I didn’t catch that give me a second.” you calmly say before striking at his men. With ease your skills take down his men until he is all that is left. You watch as he squirms in the corner of his carriage as you approach drenched in blood. “So prissy prince you were saying something about my father’s kingdom?” Ripping the door of the carriage open you reach for the Prince who has wet himself at this point. Tossing him out to the blood soaked mud below you see that this big words have deflated as he lie there praying for forgiveness as he cries to the point where the snot and tears have just meshed together and you can’t tell what’s what.
Taking one large breath you can’t help but be overwhelmed with laughter. Dropping the swords and falling on to your needs short of breath. You laughter is so loud it cripples the enemy morale and the fighting stops. You look over at the confused face of the Prince and simply grasp a sword as you stand. With a swift flick of your wrist you cut his cheek ever so gently. “There go your good looks, consider it penance for trying to befall my father,” you say as you turn around. “Now, go back home… on your own.”
You let out one final giggle the knights begin to withdraw from battle. They all look on shocked at how your single handedly turned the tide of battle and pretty much ended it. As you return you see Dalton; the head of the knights. He looks on proud and says with a thunderous laugh “You know your father is going to have my head for this?” He pulls you in and gives you a nuggie.

Fight’s over, so what’s for dinner?
