“THOSE WOLVERINES WILL PAY!!!” You roar as your natural bear bloodlust kicks in. You sniff out their scent and pummel through the forest after them. Your plan: End everything about them for what they have done. Not out of justice, but because you want to. And it will be so swift and merciless that they will not have the chance to regret what they have done.
A few minutes later you catch up and see them ahead. They are attempted to cross a river by a cliff to throw you off their scent. This may have worked but you already found them. One of them looks back at the large mass of bear that is steamrolling behind and craps himself in pure fear. Without thought you get closer and lunge into the air, landing on the slowest wolverine; instantly crushing him beneath your belly. Standing you grab the flattened corpse gushing ooze and organs and throw it at the rest of the pack stopping them dead in their tracks.
The Alpha spins around and with nothing more than a growl jumps and aims for your throat. His teeth are met midair by your paw slamming him into the ground as the rest of the pack joins in the fight. With a roundhouse you manage to knock back two more of the beastly creatures. The others decide jumping at you from 3 directions would work, until you catch two of them by the necks and send them hurdling at the third. You also throw in some jaw snapping for good measure to prove a point.
With the rest of the pack dead and his jaw broken in several places; the alpha stumbles off in attempts to escape. You lumber over slowly to let this moment sink in and stand over his crippled body. Looking down on him you are prepared to kick in his chest and send him falling over the waterfall. But you then realize that grabbing a log and home running his body over the falls and into the woods would be more your speed.
There vengeance achieved, let’s go get a sandwich.
