This one doesn’t need a second thought. I mean really, you’re a talking bear who went on adventures that landed you in an encounter with aliens whom you ran from and landed a job in Canada as a lumberjack and no one seems to even notice that you’re a bear. I think that’s plenty of excitement for a bear even one that talks.
The trick you have to figure out is how. I mean everyone in the town knows what you’re planning, so the whole thing isn’t really going to be a surprise. Maybe you can do it all romantic like? There’s always appealing to her sense of humor and asking her after a prank? Maybe in front of a large crowd where you sing and embarrass yourself which shows you’re willing to proclaim your feelings? I don’t know you’re the one in charge here. I’m done carrying you through all this.
